What are 5 habits that you could create, that would completely change the direction of your life?
Here’s my 5!
1. Daily journaling for clarity, problem solving, idea generating, affirmations, content ideas and remembering MY WHY. (there’s a reason this is #1).
2. Wake up early for #1 so that it actually gets done, planning my day, and reading!
3. Daily money check in and tracking, & gratitude. What we track and pay attention to grows.
4. Daily exercise, cardio and weights.
5. Eating healthy & clean so I have energy and FEEL amazing.
You can take this even a step further. When I FEEL amazing I will…….
When I exercise daily I will……
When I track my money daily I will….. make better decisions, give more, earn more, have goals that motivate me ect…..
